Cool......Can't WAIT!

Though since this is going to be my fourth review, I better get to it!

Please note: This is the first review I'm doing with a mark on storyline

Storyline: 9/10

Batman Begins, obviously, is the game based on the movie of the same name. It follows Bruce Wayne as he becomes Batman. With three villains working together - Carmine Falcone, Scarecrow and Ra's Al Ghul - Batman has got a long and grueling task ahead of him. This game captures the storyline of the movie with great precision and touch. The actual movie cut scenes help enhance this greatly.

Gameplay: 6.5/10

The gameplay of Batman Begins creates a new aspect to gaming. One of these is the "Stealth Mode". By pressing R3, you can avoid thugs and secretly take out the armed. This brings us to the other new aspect - "Fear Mode". By using your Batarang or pushing a button in a factory, you can create explosions, steam blowouts and more, leaving the armed dropping their weapons and seeing themselves crumble in fear. While both new gameplays are new and ingenious, it can become tedious and repetitive. Another no-no is how the game has very little lifespan. A short game and then there's not much to do except just play it again.

Controls: 9/10

The controls aren't too hard, but aren't baby-simple. The controls are all very definite - all has a clear purpose.

Graphics: 9/10

Superb graphics for 2005 are used here. Sure, 2006 brought another excel in graphics, but this could still be considered a graphics masterpiece. No, wait. Maybe masterpiece is a bit of an exaggeration...

Sound: 8.5/10

Using the actors from the movie as the voices of their characters was a great idea. This helps create a good vibe about the game and movie, with big stars like Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman as part of the cast. The thing that really bugged me however, causing sound to lose 1.5 points, was the thug voices. A use of same actors for thugs was clearly evident and lost some of the good vibe I was talking about earlier.

Overall: 8.4/10

Definitely not the best game ever created, but definitely a better movie-to-game conversion.
