May 9, 2006 – Warioware Smooth Moves for the Wii allows for the full use of everything you can think of doing with Nintendo's new controller and console. Moving the controller around allows you to play multiple mini games without much effort. The demo being shown at E3 allowed spectators to try out the many mini games each having a unique way of holding and using the controller. A quick image of how to hold the controller will appear on screen allowing you to make the quick adjustment and beginning the mini game leaving you guessing how to complete your objective in the allotted time limit.
The trailer shown by Nintendo displayed different groups of people playing games that required you to hold the controller horizontally gripping each end and using the controller as handle bars for a bike. Others had people shaking the controller to remove dirt that had gotten on your food. Opening a door was simulated by the person having to slowly turn the controller while the lock on screen slowly opened. The games are quick and to the point varying as you play making the next obstacle a surprise.
Warioware follows the path of the original versions with the crazed mini games and addictive nature that makes you wish this game was already available. More Information may become available as E3 unfolds. Malicious |
