Cheat code warning
It is recommended that you do not save the game while codes have been enabled. It may affect your game statistics, and may cause glitches. Additionally, some codes cannot be disabled.
25% of Multiplayer content
While playing the game, press Up(3), Square(2), Triangle, R, L to unlock 25% of the content in Multiplayer mode. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
50% of Multiplayer content
While playing the game, press Up(3), Circle(2), X, L, R to unlock 50% of the content in Multiplayer mode. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
75% of Multiplayer content
While playing the game, press Up(3), X(2), Square, R, L to unlock 75% of the content in Multiplayer mode. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
100% of Multiplayer content
While playing the game, press Up(3), Triangle(2), Circle, L, R to unlock 100% of the content in Multiplayer mode. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Weapons (tier 1)
While playing the game, press Left, Right, X, Up, Down, Square, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The Brass Knuckles, Knife, Molotov Cocktails, 9mm Handgun, Rifle, SMG, AK-47 will be unlocked. To get infinite ammunition for this or the other weapons tiers, repeatedly enable the code until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures.
Weapons (tier 2)
While playing the game, press Left, Right, Square, Up, Down, Triangle, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The Katana Sword, Remote Grenades, Python, Shotgun, Silenced Uzi, M4, Rocket Launcher, and Sniper Rifle will be unlocked. To get infinite ammunition for this or the other weapons tiers, repeatedly enable the code until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures.

Full health
While playing the game, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle(2), L, R. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired.

Completion bonuses
Get a 100% completion to unlock unlimited ammunition and the intermission sequences in The Clymenus Suite.
Business bonus
Take over all 30 businesses to get bulletproof business vehicles.
Car delivery bonus
Deliver all 32 vehicles to The Civil Asset Forfeiture impound yard to unlock free Pay N Spray usage.
Fire fighter bonus
Successfully complete 15 levels in the fire fighter missions to become fireproof.
Paramedic bonus
Successfully complete 15 levels in the paramedic missions to have unlimited sprint.
Shooting range bonus
Successfully complete the shooting range challenges outside Phil's place at the Vice City Docks to get discount prices at Ammi-Nation stores.
Vigilante bonus
Successfully complete 15 levels of the vigilante missions to get extra armor.
Maximum health increase
Successfully complete 15 levels in the air ambulance missions to increase your maximum health.
Infinite energy when swimming
Successfully complete 15 levels in the beach patrol missions to never tire while swimming.
Jumping taxi
Successfully complete over 50 fares in the taxi missions to be able to press Down to jump while driving a taxi.
Infinite sprint
Instead of holding X to run, repeatedly tap X.
Easy kills
Walk up behind someone, then press Triangle. Their arms should be in the air. Press Triangle again to break their neck.
Easy M16
After the first mission you will end up in the barracks. Grab the handgun and kill soldiers, then take their guns. Note: If you kill too many of them they will fire back.
Splitz-6 ATV
Successfully complete Lance's "From Zero To Hero" mission. The Splitz-6 ATV, which can travel on land and water, will appear at the compound safe house.
Go faster on bikes
You can reach maximum speed on scooters and motorcycles by pressing Up slightly on the Analog-pad to duck your head. Do not press it all the way or you will stand up, which makes you go slower. Note: You cannot steer while doing this.
Safe combination in Domo Arigato Domestoboto mission
The code to crack the safe is "8423".
Hidden balloon rewards
Pop the indicated number of hidden balloons to unlock the corresponding reward at your safe house:
Pistol: 10 balloons
Scorpion (SMG): 20 balloons
Stubby Shotgun: 30 balloons
Molotov Cocktails: 40 balloons
AK-47: 50 balloons
Armor: 60 balloons
Flamethrower: 70 balloons
Equalizer scoped pistol: 80 balloons
