While pitching, press 2 before throwing. To return to a normal delivery, press 1.
Extra pins in Bowling
When aiming for the pins in the first aiming thing, move all the way to the far right or left. Then, depending on which direction you aimed the first one, aim the second one as far as you can go in the same direction and your target will be in another lane.
Alternate ball color in Bowling
When starting a game of Bowling, hold the D-pad in one of the following directions to change the color of your bowling ball. Press Up for blue (default color), Left for pink/red, Down for green, or Right for gold.
Training Power Throws in Bowling
When on the "final lane" of Power Throws, move all the way to the right (or left, depending on which hand you use). Turn toward the wall two to four notches then release the ball on top of the wall. If done correctly, the bowling ball will travel down the top of the wall past the pins, and all 92 pins will fall down at once.
Alternate court color in Tennis
When starting a game of Tennis (or immediately after choosing "Start Over" on the "Position Select" screen), hold 2 and the tennis court will become blue.
Super serve in Tennis
When you are serving, just when the ball is at the highest point quickly flick your wrist. You will see white smoke from the ball and it will be difficult to hit. Note: This may require some practice.
Enter the crowd in Tennis
When your opponent hits the ball on either side that will be an out, flick your wrist. Your Mii will jump for it and end up where the fans are.
Hit ball by themselves in Tennis
Instead of throwing the ball in the normal way by A or jiggling the Wiimote, flip the Wiimote in the air and catch it. This requires some practice. Your character will hit the ball all by his or herself. This does not always happen, but with practice you can do this every time you hit the ball. Note: This has no practical use in the game and is only for the purpose of showing off.
Unstoppable Serve (Tennis) Wait until the ball has reached the top of the toss and this serve the ball but moving the wiimote. The character should let out a grunt and your opponent won't be able to return the ball so that it is in.
Instant KO (Boxing) When the round starts block and wait for your opponent to cease their assault. After they have finished attacking they will drop their guard deal a direct blow to the head for an easy knockout.
Parlor Tricks (Bowling) Move to the end of the land and turn slightly to aim into the lane beside you, if your talented enough feel free to aim for a strike. Unfortunately nothing will happen on your end, but it can be used to show off. Change bowling ball color As The screen is fading to black for bowling, hold down the control pad until it fades to bowling for these colors: Code Effect Control Pad Up Blue Ball Control Pad Right Gold Ball Control Pad Down Green Ball Control Pad Left Red Ball
Change the tennis court To change the tennis court to the blue practice court, press and hold (2) at the warning screen that shows after selecting characters.
Play Golf without maps or meters To disable the power meter, map, and the wind speed indicator, press and hold (2), then make a selection at the "Select a Course" screen.
Silver Boxing Gloves After you've beaten the Grand Champion, Matt, in a boxing match you'll be able to wear silver boxing gloves. To do so, hold (1) when the screen becomes black before a boxing match.
Special Bowling Ball Get to pro level to unlock a bowling ball with diamond designs on it.
Amuse Crowd in Bowling To make the crowd laugh in bowling, move to either of the gutters in your lane, turn into opposite lane, and bowl so the ball goes over the barier between the lanes. The ball will go into the gutter in the opposite lane and the crowd will laugh.
Scare Crowd in Bowling To scare the crowd while bowling, start the regular motion for bowling and let go on the backswing. The ball will fly backwards and the crowd will scream and jump.
91 Pin Strike in Power Bowling Training To get an automatic 91 pin strike in the last round of Power Bowling, Throw the ball on the right or left rail (depending on if you are right or left handed) so that it stays on it the whole time. If it reaches the end without falling off, you will hear a "click" and an explosion. Then all the pins will fall down from the shockwave. NOTE: This only works on the last round.
