While the Kemco logo appears on screen enter this code,
HOLD R, L and C Up, press C Right, C Left and B.
This will open up the hidden Super Hard difficulty mode.

Unlock Levels
After picking the STORY or TEAM mode hold C-Left + C-Right + C-Up + C-Down + R and press Right, Up, Left, Down as the level number is displayed.
